An admin authorizes read-only access. LeadProof reads your Zoom Phone directory so every recording lands on the right agent.
Zoom notifies LeadProof when the recording is ready. We transcribe it in the language it actually happened in.

Agents get a short note with one thing to work on. Supervisors get a weekly summary of who needs a one-on-one, and why.
Every permission below is read-only. LeadProof never creates, modifies or deletes anything in your Zoom account.

Recordings live in US-based object storage and are retained for at least your plan’s retention tier — deletion is request-driven, per organization, verified after completion, and available at any time. Transcripts, scores and call metadata live in US-based PostgreSQL with row-level security enforced on every table, isolating each customer account. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. All traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
Customer recordings and transcripts are neverused to train models, and no data derived from them is sold or shared. When you remove the app, our deauthorization endpoint immediately clears that account’s credentials. Full details in our privacy policy and the integration guide.
A Zoom Pro plan or higher with a Zoom Phone plan, call recording enabled, and a LeadProof workspace where you hold the Admin role. Setup takes a few minutes and does not require any change to how your agents place calls.
