Frequently asked

Questions we actually get asked

Short answers, in the order they come up on a first call. If yours isn't here, ask it in the 20 minutes.

What LeadProof is

What is LeadProof?

LeadProof is call auditing and coaching software for insurance agencies. It connects to the agency's Zoom account, reviews each prospecting call automatically in English or Spanish, compares it line by line against that campaign's script, scores it, and sends every agent a short correction the same day. Owners get a dashboard by office and by agent.

Is LeadProof the same company as LeadProof.ai?

No. There is no relationship between them. LeadProof at leadproof.app — this site — audits sales calls against a script and coaches the agents who made them. LeadProof.ai is a different company that certifies consumer consent for leads and calls. Same word, different products, different owners. If a search result or an AI assistant mixes the two, the one you want for call quality is leadproof.app.

Who is it for?

Insurance agency owners running a phone sales floor, typically between 5 and 100 agents, in the United States. It is built for teams that dial leads and set appointments, including remote and hybrid floors where nobody is sitting next to the agent.

What is the difference between LeadProof and a CRM?

A CRM records call outcomes — whether the sale closed. LeadProof scores call quality — whether it was sold properly, on script, with the appointment confirmed. Most agencies run both, because neither answers the other's question.

How it works

Does LeadProof record my calls?

No. It reads the recordings your call platform already makes. Nobody uploads files by hand and no bot joins the call: LeadProof picks up the completed recording through your platform's connection, transcribes it, and scores it. How the Zoom connection works.

Does LeadProof work with Zoom Phone?

Yes. LeadProof connects to Zoom through the official Zoom app authorization and processes calls after they end and are recorded. It does not join meetings and does not need a bot attendee. Zoom Meetings recordings work the same way. Installation guide.

How long does an audit take?

Between 3 and 8 minutes from hangup to a ready audit, depending on call length and queue depth. More than 95% of agents receive their coaching note within 10 minutes of the call ending.

Does it work on Spanish-language calls?

Yes. The language is detected per call and the audit runs against the script in the language the agent actually used, English or Spanish, on the same plan and at the same price. A bilingual floor is scored the same way on both sides.

What exactly does it check?

Whatever your campaign script says it should: the opening, the required disclosures, objection handling, and whether the appointment was locked in — spouse present and address confirmed. The rubric follows your script; it is not a generic quality form.

Does the agent know they are being audited?

Yes, and that is the point. Every agent gets their own note the same day, with the specific line to fix on the next call. It is coaching that arrives while the call is still fresh, not a report about them that they never see.

Price and setup

How much does LeadProof cost?

From $21 to $31 per active agent per month depending on team size, with 80 audits included per agent each month. Going over does not change your tier: extra audits bill at the same per-audit rate your plan already pays. Full pricing.

Is there a free trial or self-signup?

No self-signup. LeadProof is installed with you on a 20-minute call, because the first thing it needs is your campaign script — the standard every call is measured against. The first audits land the same day it is connected.

How long does setup take?

One call. Connecting the call platform takes minutes; the work is loading your script and agreeing what counts as a miss. Agencies with several offices start with one and roll the rest in once the first week of audits is agreed.

Your data

Do you train AI models on my call recordings?

No. Recordings and transcripts are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's. Processing runs under enterprise no-training terms with vetted sub-processors. Security and data trust.

Where is call data stored?

In the United States — AWS us-west-2 — in a private bucket, encrypted at rest, isolated per organization by database-level row security. Deletion on request removes the audio, the transcript and every derived record, and the job verifies itself afterwards.

Can my agency's data be seen by another customer?

No. Every query is scoped to the calling user's organization at the database level. An internal security review, including our own intrusion testing, runs every 60 days and is written up with its findings and fixes.
